NEW: Choose How You Want to Sign In

We’re excited to introduce new, flexible login options for the CUE Broadcast App! You now have two ways to sign in, giving you more convenience and a more personalized streaming experience.

🔐 Your Two Sign-In Options

You can now log in using either of the following:

• Your 12-digit access code
  OR

• Your own personal streaming password

Choose the option that works best for you — anytime.

🛠 How to Create Your Own Streaming Password

Creating your custom streaming password is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your CUE Backoffice

2. Go to your Personal Profile

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

4. Find the box labeled “App Login”

5. Select one of the following options:

• Sign in with my access code

• Create a streaming password

🔑 Password Requirements

Your streaming password must include:

• At least 8 characters

• One number

• One symbol

• One lowercase letter

• One uppercase letter

Once your password is saved, you can use either your access code or your custom password to log in to the CUE Broadcast App.
